Terms and Conditions Luxo helicopter tours

Booking Online – When booking your tour online you acknowledge our cancellation and refund policy as stated below:

• A tour must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour to obtain a full refund.
• A tour may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the original scheduled tour without a rescheduling fee. A $50 fee will be charged if you reschedule your tour less than 24 hours before your flight.
• Should you not cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour you forfeit the right to a refund and your tour.
• When checking in, we will need to see identification from the person whose name is on the reservation and/or the person who booked the tour.
